You don’t need a micro-biologist to tell you that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. But even then a lot of us still skip breakfast or just gulp a glass of milk before rushing out for work. This is not the proper way to start the day taking into consideration that a good early morning meal does more than just fill you up. It boosts metabolism, fights diseases and makes you healthy and happy.
