Oolong tea is also known as blue-green tea and has a very strong taste. The flavour of oolong tea is richer than green tea but lighter than black tea. Oolong tea comes in various grades and they vary in flavour intensity. Like green tea, oolong tea comes from Camellia Sinensis (a tropical evergreen shrub or small tree) leaves but unlike green tea, oolong tea is partially oxidized. Oolong tea looks like little green balls in loose form and it goes through roasted and drying process before being packaged.
